Since 30 years, Demarle has developed a range of flexible baguette trays and preformed mats for baguettes especially effective for proving and baking frozen dough.

Their particular structure prevents the dough from sticking into the fibers during defreezing and proving.

Their flutes will not lose their shapes over the bakes, allowing to always bake perfectly rounded baguettes.
