Baking trays with straight edges for all kind of pastry

• Aluminium sheet, 1,5 mm or 2 mm thickness.

• 3 or 4 welded edges.

• The 3-edges trays are reinforced on the open side (on request and according to sizes)*.

• Perforations Ø 3 mm, pitch 5 mm. Perforated for a better air circulation and a good baking result.

• Reinforced edges (with folded lips)

• Available without coating, with silicone Bi-flon 60® or fluoropolymer Optiflon® non-stick coating.
