Demarle proposes different kinds of pastry trays : non-perforated or perforated trays. The latest ones are recommended when Flexipan® or Silpat® are used.
These baking trays are in aluminium.
These are several versions available : 45° or 90° edges, 1,5 or 2 mm thickness, with or without perforations (perforations Ø 3 mm or Ø 6 mm), with or without non-stick coating (silicone i.e. Bi-flon 60® or teflo, i.e. Optiflon®).
