No. It is in general necessary slightly to lower the temperature of your oven, and to increase a little the time of baking, according to the type of oven used. It is better to use a perforated tray or a grid to get a better circulation of heat. Flexipan® can be used in different type of oven, but without direct contact with the source of heat (example, a flame). In general, it is better to unmould the products straight away after getting them out of the oven. For more delicate products like the génoises or the Dacquoises, it is better to let the products cool down before unmoulding.
